CARTRIDGE GUARANTEE
We guarantee, for 3 months from date of purchase, that your inkjet and laser product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and storage, this product is guaranteed to perform as well as or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) product. Cartridges should be stored in an upright position and under normal room temperature. If the product does not perform to our specifications, you must return the product for a replacement or refund. Our confidence in this product allows us to make th is guarantee. Products must be returned in a ziplock bag and in a proper shipping box, not an envelope.
CUSTOMER RETURNS
If the product is defective and returned, within 3 months of purchase with copy of purchase invoice, we will exchange or refund your credit card. In order for us to process your return, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA")before sending your product back. To request an RA, phone 1-888-429-9373 Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm eastern standard time. Due to both security concerns and quality assurance purposes our receiving personnel ONLY accept authorized parcels, so if you don’t put your RA number on the outside of the package our receiving crew will refuse your package. We will credit your credit card for the cost of the cartridge-NOT FOR THE RETURN FREIGHT. We will, however, pay freight for shipping the replacement product. If the customer orders incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the freight back for the incorrect item they have ordered and for the shipping of the correct item. Credit will be given Only on products returned in SALEABLE CONDITION. Products must be returned in a proper shipping box to protect them, not an envelope. Please be sure you have the right cartridge *before* you open it. Please call if you are unsure about compatibility. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on non-defective orders over $80.00, should they need to be returned. YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER DURING THE PROCESS so please review your orders carefully before completing. If you should change printers, we will exchange cartridges for equal amount or more which will be charged. There will be NO REFUND, and cartridges must be returned in unopened, resaleable condition. Credit Card purchases on the web worry some people. This is why we have given you a SECURE SITE. When you go to our Store you are in a totally safe situation. You enter your credit card number in the privacy of your own home or business. The information is handled under secure situations.
TERMS OF SERVICE
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products on the market. While we strive for perfection, it is sometimes hard to attain and that is why we have a 3 month guarantee on all of our cartridges. We also want you to take care when handling your product upon arrival. After all, it does contain liquid ink which although water-based, will stain most anything it comes in contact with. We recommend opening cartridges over a paper towel or a newspaper to prevent any accidents or damage to personal property. Because of the nature of the product and because we have no control over how the consumer handles the products, we shall not be held responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of mishandling of the products.
