CARTRIDGE GUARANTEE
We guarantee for 6 months from date of purchase, your inkjet and/or laser product is free from defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and storage, this product is guaranteed to perform as well as or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) product. Cartridges should be stored in an upright position and under normal room temperature. If the product does not perform to our specifications, see our return policy tab at the bottom of our home page.
