Following the email sent to you this morning, I am sorry to have to return these ink cartridges due to the lack of ink
quality. This may not be normal problem but as far as I can see, and you will see on the following pages, yellow is a
Non existent color in your cartridges, this is most probably the cause for the other colors to also be out of whack!
OUR ANSWER:
This is a customer that has taken considerable time to research why his cartridges did not work. It is much
appreciated. We experience some manufacturing problems caused by the sponge not being seated properly and
prevents the ink from flowing. The rate of returns increases over the holidays due to rough handling. When
manufacturing volumes are so high we are bound to experience some problems. Affordable Computer Supply
Marketplace gave a full refund to Geralds credit card and shipped him replacements free of charge.

I placed my first order for Epson Cartridges with ACSM just before noon on a Thursday, and was promised three
working day delivery. The order came on Tuesday morning as promised. WOW, these cartridges really are as good as
the OEM ones, and the ink quality is superb, the colors are true and charging was fast, no head cleaning problems.
I have a small one man printers service bureau, but do a large volume of printing business, and I'm always
looking for a quality / price advantage. Not only are your pricesabout 1/3 of Epsons' retail prices, they are
almost 40% lower than the generics I have been buying for three years, PLUS I didn't have to pay postage
as an add-on. I told my Mac User Group about your service and prices last week, everyone wanted
your URL. I'm sure you'll hear from many of them soon.

I recently ordered some of your cartridges. They do fine and the print is good, except the colors. When using the
color cartridges, the colors do not match the color choices for fonts. For example, if I select a blue font, I believe
I get either a red or fuschia font on the printed copy. Is there a secret to getting the right colors?

Your problem my be that you have not completely pulled off the plastic tab. Make sure the air holes are free. Run your
printer cleaner mechanism a couple of times. Also check the preference on your printer parameters to make sure nothing
has been changed. If this does not correct your problem, please let me know and I will get new cartridges sent out to you
immediately.

sure there was no plastic left on, reinserted, ran the cartridge cleaner on the printer, and the colors seem fine now.

I received my order in a timely fashion; unfortunately the print quality is poor. I have not opened the second set of
cartridges. Shall I return them for replacement?
Our answer:
This is a first, in the year that we have been selling these cartridges, the only problem we had is one lady
had not peeled off all the tape covering the holes. She did that, ran a head cleaning procedure and all was well.
If you have tried that, and still is not working properly, try the other cartridge and send the bad ones back
for replacement or refund, which ever you choose.

A THOUSAND PARDONS!!! I have discovered, to my extreme embarrassment, that the problem with my
Canon BJC-4100 printer was the print head... the BC-21 holder which holds the ink tanks. I only
discovered this after first buying two new Canon ink tanks and finding the quality poor, and finally
resorting to buying the new BC-221e and finding the new cartridges as well as yours now work
just fine...I cannot discern any difference in the quality of the new Canon cartridges and
yours (at half the price).
Please forgive me for suggesting there might be a fault with your cartridges. And if you will accept my business in the future, I will be ordering from you again.

to check out your site. Went there Sunday night the 8th, ordered
cartridges, expecting to get them in about 5 to 10 days ( but would have

printing for a store sale and was afraid I might run out before the
order came.)
BUT! I got my order in the mail today, Thursday the 12th! And you even
spent $3.00 to send it Priority Mail to me (even though I didn't ask for
it) at no extra charge!
Now that is what I call service!

Just a note to point out that the bargain inks that you advertise are no
bargain. Careful reading of the ad leads the purchaser to believe that
the product is an Epson product, when in fact it is apparently a
"knockoff". Further the color rendition in the blue/purple end of the
spectrum is really poor (results in green hues).
I like everything else about your Tour Bus, but thought you should know
that the ink ad is apparently, purposely, misleading. The ad should at
least state that the product is a substitute for ..........!

Your complaint was forwarded to us from TOURBUS as he also does with the many compliments he receives about us. We were shocked that you would "badmouth" a reputable company before ever contacting us to see what we would do for you. Send your cartridges back to us with your invoice number and we will credit your account. Our policy is to refund if the customer should not like the product. You would see that on our web site it you had read it along with the "Trade Name Disclaimer" and the many times that it is stated that we sell only "Generic" and "Remanufactured" products. Our prices must be a bargain as our business has multiplied 5 times in the last 4 months alone.You are only the 2nd person who has had a cartridge that does not work, and they were kind enough to contact us and let us make it right.
