I would just like to thank you for your great customer service. I had made an error in my initial order & mistakenly duplicated it. I sent an after hours e-mail to your customer service department & that mail was promptly answered with a phone call the next morning. Your customer service representative listened to my problem, stated he would check on it & call me back. Much to my suprise, he called me back rapidly having corrected my mistake & he verified the corrected order with me. My profession demands that I deal with customer service representatives from various companies on a daily basis so this quick & concise responsiveness completely caught me by suprise. Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know this information about HP and the Epson products. You'll laugh, and I'll give my age away,the very first printer I ever had was in roughly 1978 and it was, I think, an MX-80. I could be wrong on that. I used the life out of that thing with an old Apple IIe and an IBM AT computer.Thanks for the suggestion about using my copy, fax and scanner and bypass to the Epson for printing. My wife subscribes to Clark Howard News Letter. I have an Epson RX600 which normally cost over a $100 per order of 6 OEM cartridges. The company you recommend Inksell.com would like to sell me a set for $51.70 and free shipping over $40. My supplier Affordable Computer Supply Marketplace will sell me a set for $23.94 with free shipping over $30.I have never had a disagreeable moment with the product and can get them in about 3 days. I save $27.76 over ink sell I suggest you take a look at my supplier. They are consistently lower than other companies. Thanks Peele

I am using an HP 5940 Deskjet and a 4215Officejet. What would you recommend to
change to. I am not doing photos. The Deskjet replaced an HP 941 and the Officejet
replaced a really old fax machine. I have a separate HP Scanner and the Officejet
came with a scanner, fax and printer. Those would be the things I would need to replace to.
I always knew the HP socked you on the ink, but there were many places like you who could remanufacture them. Rats!!!!!!! The bigger the companies are,the more rotten they are! It's all about the bottom line and not anything else. Beverley

Some people say be careful of generic cartridges. I have been buying from you for MANY years,
and NEVER had any problem with your cartridges. I think they have problems because
they don't use their printers enough, and the cartridges start to dry out. It would happen with ANY cartridge!
Keep up the GOOD JOB, and keep the prices as LOW AS POSSIBLE, and you provide GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
That will keep you in business for as long as you want it too. I had a mistake in one of my orders
awhile back, and you checked and found out you shipped less than what you should have,
and you took care of it with out any hassle.
It is rare these days to get good, polite, and courteous service.
The prices the stores charge for these cartridges is outrageous. You would think ink is worth more than gold! THANK YOU!Donald
