If the product is defective and returned, within 3 months of purchase, In order for us to process your return, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") before sending your product back. To request a RA, phone 1-888-429-9373 Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm eastern standard time. Due to both security concerns and quality assurance purposes our receiving personnel ONLY accept authorized parcels, so if you don't put your RA number on the outside of the package our receiving crew will refuse your package. When you purchase Epson inkjet cartridges from our web sites you will be agreeing to accept remanufactured in place of equivalent when the new item is depleted. The remanufactured have the same guarantee as the new.
Because of the action by Epson we are unable to offer exchange of cartridges when you change printers and have cartridges left from the old Epson printer.
We will credit your credit card for the cost of the
cartridge-NOT FOR THE RETURN FREIGHT. We will, however, pay freight for shipping
the replacement product. The warranty starts from the original ship date. Warranty for
any replacement item(s) is continued from the original warranty and does not start again when the replacement are received .
If the customer orders incorrectly, the customer is
responsible for the freight back for the incorrect item they have ordered and
for the shipping of the correct item. Credit will be given Only on products
returned in SELLABLE CONDITION. Products must be returned in a proper shipping
box to protect them, not an envelope. Cartridges with the seal broken must be in a plastic zip lock bag
to prevent ink damaging cartridges in sellable condition. Please be sure you have the right
cartridge *before* you open it. Please call if you are unsure about
compatibility. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on non-defective orders over
$80.00, should they be returned. YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES TO REVIEW
YOUR ORDER DURING THE PROCESS so please review your orders carefully before
completing. Paper products are not returnable under any condition. We offer the
small packages for testing.

If you have purchased inkjet cartridges from ACSM for a specific printer and that printer
is no longer working, we will exchange those cartridges for the new printer model
as long as WE CARRY THE CARTRIDGES. We can not offer this on NEW EPSON INKJET CARTRIDGES because of the Epson Suite.
The exchange will be given Only on products returned in SELLABLE CONDITION. Customer will pay all shipping cost.
