-Please be aware, if you order the wrong cartridge and break the factory seal and remove the factory tape and/or cap, we will not refund your purchase. The cartridge can not be re-sold and it has no value to us at that point. If a cartridge is defective or our website recommends the incorrect cartridge for your printer, we will refund your purchase even if the seals have been removed.
-If you order the wrong cartridge and the cartridge has not been opened and the box is in new and re-sellable condition, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the cartridge but not for the original or return shipping cost.
-If a product is defective within 6 months of the purchase date, we will send you a return shipping label and pay to replace the product and the return shipping charges back to you.
-We will gladly give a refund providing your return is within 90 days of purchase and the products returned are in new and sellable condition including the outer box of the cartridge. Products must be returned in a proper shipping box; defective returns must be in a sealed plastic zip lock bag to prevent potential leaking ink damaging cartridges in sellable condition.
-Please be sure you have the right cartridge *before* you open it. Our website should recommend the model or you can reference your printer manufactures website (Canon.com, HP.com, Epson.com, etc.) to be sure.
