I am hesitant to give my email address when I place my order. I do not want my address sold.
It is for your protection, that we ask for your email address. When your order is processed, you receive your receipt from the credit card company. If there should be any problem concerning your order, you will need the Order # and information off of your receipt so that we can trace the problem. We will only use your address to send you information on new products and specials. Your address will not be sold, and if you receive an email from us and you wish to unsubscribe, you may at that time.
Are the cartridges the Printer Manufacturers brand.
We sell mostly generic products which are 100% guaranteed to perform as well as or better than the Printer Manufacturer brand.
If I use a generic product in my printer, will my machine warranty be any good? They tell me I have to use their product.
That is a false statement and if they use that as an excuse you have every right proceed with a law suit against them. Would you let GM tell you that you can only use Exxon Gas in your car? Click here for warranty act.
I have never bought on the web and am worried about my credit card. How does it work?
It is safer than you giving your card to a waiter in a restaurant and we all do that, don't we. If you absolutely refuse to order on the web which would be the most efficient way to order, you may phone us with your order at 888-429-9373.
How much is freight?
If you purchase more than $35.00 your order is shipped free of charge. If merchandise total is under $30.00 there will be an additional $7.00 charge for shipping. We promise to ship within 7 to 10 days, but it is normally much faster than that. We send orders 3 Day Priority Mail by the U.S. Post Office. Orders are tracked by the U. S. Post Office to your door. Our responsibility ends when we hand the package over to the Post Office. Be sure to give a safe address to receive your package.
My Epson printer is telling me that the cartridge you sent me cannot be used. Why is it doing that?
The Epson Company wants you to use only their brand of cartridge. They want you to purchase their high priced cartridges. Our Epson equivalent inkjet cartridges are offered at a much lower price, while still giving you exceptional quality.
